Located on a very narrow site in the center of Thiensville’s historic District the homes take cues from the neighboring homes with steep gabled roofs, dormers and covered front porches. To provide variety in the massing of the project, a mix of different size gables and entrance configurations break up building’s main elevation. Deep recesses divide the complex into 3 distinct buildings, further reducing the scale of the project.
